Ruben Escalante is a partner at ACLIENT PC. His experience includes litigation in federal and state courts and before federal and state agencies, jury trials, bench trials, appeals, business litigation, employment litigation, class actions, traditional labor, civil rights litigation, advice and counsel, criminal prosecution, military service, and pro bono and community service. He started his career as an associate and later a partner at Sheppard Mullin in its Orange County and Los Angeles offices. He resigned from his partnership to serve as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division of the Central District of California. After completing his service, he returned to private practice. He also serves as a Captain in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps Reserve.
