Jamie Wrage is a shareholder with the Riverside-based litigation firm of Stream, Kim, Hicks, Wrage & Alfaro, PC. Ms. Wrage is a trial attorney who focuses on employment and complex business litigation. She has provided counsel to human resources personnel and management regarding federal and state employment law issues for 25 years, successfully representing employers both in court and before federal an d state governmental agencies. Ms. Wrage counsels California employers in state and federal employment law compliance, on topics such as litigation prevention, wage-hour compliance, discrimination and harassment law and avoidance, employee investigations, discipline and termination issues, coordination of protected employee leaves, disability accommodations, employee safety, OSHA and privacy. She works with employers to develop and analyze employment contracts, as well as human resources policies and procedures to prevent future litigation. Ms. Wrage also serves as an outside, independent investigator for employers investigating allegations of unlawful conduct, such as harassment, discrimination or retaliation.
Ms. Wrage received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1996; a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California in 1990; and two B.A.s from the University of South Florida in 1989. Ms. Wrage is married with two children and enjoys horseback riding and taking care of her French bulldogs.
