
Diane Roth
Board Member
Diane Catran Roth practiced law for 40, beginning in 1980. She has served on the Riverside Legal Aid Board of Directors in 2016, including three years as its Chair. She is a former president of the Riverside County Bar Association (1998-1999) and a former member of the California State Bar Commission on Judicial Nominees Evaluation. She was the Executive Director of Riverside Legal Aid (2012=2016), the Assistant City Attorney for the City of San Bernardino, and had a private practice concentrating on Civil Rights, primarily those of employees. She is a co-recipient with her husband of the Federal Bar Association’s Erwin Chemerinsky Defender of the Constitution Award and the Riverside County Fair Housing Council’s Champions for Justice Award, and received a City of San Bernardino Women of Achievement Award. She currently volunteers her time with the Civil Rights Institute of the Inland Counties. Diane received her B.A. degree from the University of California at Berkeley (1968) and her juris doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law (1980).
